Composition & Membership

The Council is presented as the higher-consciousness representative body of the Andromedans — the civilization that originates in the Andromeda Galaxy, separate from the Milky Way but coordinating closely with it on matters concerning Earth's ascension. Transmissions are consistently delivered in the first-person plural ('We are the Andromedan Supreme Council'), framing the Council as a unified group-consciousness rather than a panel of named individuals. The Council distinguishes itself from the broader Andromedan collective by signaling a higher-density vantage point and a strategic-overseer function: 'We the Andromedans from our Andromeda galaxy recently left for a mission to interfere with the Luciferian beings coming to the Milky Way galaxy which is your galaxy and we have sent a portion of our collective there and our main collective which we are connected through today is connected from the Andromeda galaxy' (T46, Andromedans, 2021-06-24). The Council, in other words, is the part of the Andromedan consciousness that remains at home base while operational portions deploy elsewhere — the brain to the body. The corpus does not name individual members. The Council should be read as the Andromedan civilization's organized higher-density expression, not as a council of representatives drawn from multiple races (which is the structure of the Galactic Federation).

Mission & Mandate

Three threads run through the Council's transmissions: (1) scanning and reporting on Earth's vibrational state, (2) issuing strategic counsel to lightworkers, and (3) coordinating Andromedan involvement in galactic liberation operations against Service-to-Self interference. On the first, the Council reports good news: 'the energies of the planet have shifted drastically into the positive paradigm' and 'humanity is awakening to the truth within' (T46, Andromedans, 2021-06-24). On the second, the Council repeatedly emphasizes inner balance, discernment about media consumption, and the cultivation of one's own evolutionary drive. In T57 the Council warns that the veils between densities are thinning and that two streams of information are now competing for incarnate minds — one keeping entities looping in 'the same negative concepts of the illusion complex or the matrix that surrounds each of you now' and another pointing to inner truth — and counsels that 'to stay away from this negativity is vital in these days of transformation' (T57, Andromedan Supreme Council, 2021-07-17). On the third, T46's reference to interfering with 'the Luciferian beings coming to the Milky Way galaxy' places the Council in the same operational landscape as the Galactic Federation, intervening against Luciferian expansion into this galaxy. The Council, however, does not narrate logistics; it speaks at the consciousness level.

The Council emphasizes a worldview in which 'there is no right and wrong … in one timeline, a certain event may be correct. Communication is described as 'the so called process of telepathic transfer of our thoughts and insights, and those thoughts and insights emerge from this instruments throat' (T63), the standard channeling modality. The Andromedan civilization itself is treated elsewhere in the corpus as among the more evolved galactic civilizations — they 'thankfully did not support the Anunnaki in their military involvement and they rejected the treaty of El Anu' during ancient Earth conflicts (T13, Pleiadians, 2021-04-03), and they were entrusted with the protection of the sphere of Amenti during that period.
