Description & Location

Telos is described in the corpus as a city of higher-density beings situated directly beneath Mount Shasta in Northern California, USA. It is the named home of the surviving Lemurian population — specifically those who, after the destruction of their original Pacific continent, were able to relocate underground in light-body form.

The Lemurians describe Telos and the mountain together as a single integrated complex: "We the Lemurians are currently contacting this instrument from our base or seat on the Telos mountain, as known by your people in your communication systems" (T101, Lemurians, 2021-11-20). In May 2022 the Lemurians explicitly identify Telos as the source of their transmissions: "we send out love and light from the heart of our station in the location known by your people as Telos" (T172, Lemurians, 2022-05-11).

Telos is part of the broader Inner Earth network — one of several inner-Earth cities and strongholds the corpus references, but the only one named specifically and consistently throughout the corpus.

History in the Corpus

Telos's origin in the corpus is the Lemurian relocation after the destruction of the surface continent of Lemuria. The Lemurians describe what happened: "We the Lemurians, most of our sole population have left the earth planet after the destruction of the original lands of Lemuria, and only a certain portion of higher density beings who were able to live in a physical body which can be compared to a light body are able to live on the earth planet inside, and we are now communicating here in order to share that our message is simple" (T101, Lemurians, 2021-11-20).

The Pleiadian historical transmission gives the original retreat: the Lamanian (Lemurian) culture went underground when the Anunnaki-Nephilim hybrids dominated the surface — "the cultures of Lamanian were not affected or infiltrated by the Nephilims, and they retreated and lived mainly underground" (T13, Pleiadians, 2021-04-03). This is the corpus's origin story for Lemurian Inner-Earth presence; Telos is the principal surviving locus of that lineage.

The second appearance of Telos by name comes in May 2022 (T172, Lemurians, 2022-05-11), with the Lemurians broadcasting directly from the station. Multiple subsequent Lemurian transmissions reference Mount Shasta and the Lemurian seat without always naming Telos directly, but the corpus treats them as a unified location.

Inhabitants — The Lemurians of Telos

The inhabitants of Telos are exclusively described as the surviving Lemurians — described in the corpus as 5th-density beings living in physical-but-light-body form. "only a certain portion of higher density beings who were able to live in a physical body which can be compared to a light body are able to live on the earth planet inside" (T101, Lemurians, 2021-11-20).

The Lemurians of Telos are described as continuing their original cultural lineage — heart-centered, peace-love-harmony oriented, holding the ancient love template that once characterized surface Lemuria. They broadcast through channelings, send sunrise codes to surface humans, and maintain a sanctioned presence by agreement with the Council of Planets and the protectors of Earth (T104, Lemurians, 2021-11-28; T42, Lemurians, 2021-06-17).

The Telos Lemurians describe themselves as the surface population's elder family: "You must know in your heart that you are always protected by us and we are your family of light" (T172, Lemurians, 2022-05-11).

Function & Significance

Telos's significance in the corpus is as the primary active interface between Earth's surface humanity and the higher-density Inner-Earth network. Where surface civilizations and Inner-Earth civilizations are otherwise largely separated by dimensional veil, Telos is described as one of the gates through which contact resumes as humanity raises its vibration.

The Lemurians describe the gate function in their April 2021 transmission: "Indeed Shasta is the gate to one of the inner earth strongholds. There are others. Gates are opening" (T19, Lemurians, 2021-04-17). The phrase "Telos mountain" suggests the Lemurians treat Mount Shasta and Telos as a unified gate-and-stronghold rather than two separate places (T101, Lemurians, 2021-11-20).

Telos functions as a teaching transmission center: the practices broadcast from Telos — sunrise breath, heartbeat-alignment with Gaia, peace-love-harmony — are offered as the recoverable Lemurian Way for surface humanity to enter 4th density (T42, Unknown, 2021-06-17).

Energetic Properties

Telos is described as a place where the dimensional veil is naturally thin — light-body inhabitants live there in what surface-humans would experience as etheric reality, but which functions as a real and continuously inhabited city for its residents. The Lemurians anticipate that as surface humans complete the 4th-density transition, direct visual contact will become possible: "The physical conditions of humans will reach the requested frequency limits to be able to see us. To greet us on the surface and be able to visit us in our homes. Be ready to see us with your crystalline adjusted physical eyes" (T19, Lemurians, 2021-04-17).

The energy signature of Telos is described as carrying "the most ancient love template on planet earth" — the original Lemurian heart-frequency that was lost on the surface during the Anunnaki disruption and now reseeds back through Mount Shasta (T19, Lemurians, 2021-04-17).

How It Connects to Earth's Ascension

Telos is the corpus's principal Earth-based Inner-Earth ascension anchor. The Lemurians broadcasting from Telos play three roles in the present-day ascension: (1) transmitting heart-coherence teachings to surface humans (T155, Lemurians, 2022-04-04); (2) sending daily sunrise love-light codes into Earth's grid (T42, Unknown, 2021-06-17); and (3) preparing for the moment when surface humanity's frequency rises to the point where physical visitation between Telos and the surface becomes possible (T19, Lemurians, 2021-04-17).

The broader Ashtar Command operations in the Inner Earth — dismantling Reptilian and Orion bases — are described as making space for the Telos Lemurians and their Agarthan neighbors to take a more active role in Earth's transition (T363, Ashtar Command, 2023-07-11).
