The Lemurians are channeled as the descendants of the sunken Pacific continent of Lemuria, who retreated into the inner-Earth realm of Telos beneath Mount Shasta after the destruction of their lands. They speak as a 5th-density heart-centered Service-to-Others civilization preserving Earth's original feminine wisdom and acting as ambassadors of an emerging crystalline reality. Their first transmission opens with "We, the Lemurians of Lemuria, greet you in the love and the light of the One Infinite Creator. Sit back and breathe deeply. Enjoy the peace that surrounds you now" (T19, Lemurians, 2021-04-17).
Origin & Home Realm
The Lemurians originated on the lost Pacific continent of Lemuria, the corpus's twin-civilization counterpart to Atlantis. When Lemuria sank, the Lemurians did not disperse off-world like the Atlanteans — they relocated underground. They now self-locate beneath Mount Shasta in California, in an inner-Earth complex they call Telos: "We are the Lemurians of Lemuria and we are connected to you from our center of our complex in Mount Shasta in order to share with you a special message for today" (T44, Lemurians, 2021-06-20). In T101 they expand on this: "We the Lemurians are currently contacting this instrument from our base or seat on the Telos mountain, as known by your people in your communication systems. We the Lemurians, most of our sole population have left the earth planet after the destruction of the original lands of Lemuria, and only a certain portion of higher density beings who were able to live in a physical body which can be compared to a light body are able to live on the earth planet inside" (T101, Lemurians, 2021-11-20).
The Lemurians explicitly identify Mount Shasta as one of several gates to the inner Earth: "Indeed Shasta is the gate to one of the inner earth strongholds. There are others. Gates are opening" (T19, Lemurians, 2021-04-17). Their physical-vehicle has become crystalline — adapted to higher frequency bands — which is why surface-dwelling humans cannot generally see them.
Role on Earth & Historical Influence
The Lemurians are the corpus's archetype of an ancient peace-loving civilization that survived its planetary catastrophe through interior retreat. They describe themselves as the first beings on Earth who fully experienced the density of love: "we the Lemurians have always been the first beings on the earth planet who experienced the density of love and compassion prior to many thousands of years which cannot be put under proper measurement scale of the time as known by your people" (T101, Lemurians, 2021-11-20). The Pleiadian historical reconstruction notes that during the Anunnaki / Nephilim domination period "the cultures of Lamanian were not affected or infiltrated by the Nephilims, and they retreated and lived mainly underground" (T13, Pleiadians, 2021-04-03) — the corpus uses "Lamanian" as an alternate transcription / older form of "Lemurian".
In the present age the Lemurians serve as energetic anchors of feminine wisdom and as facilitators of the crystalline-body activation in surface humanity. They explicitly describe a near-future when "the physical conditions of humans will reach the requested frequency limits to be able to see us. To greet us on the surface and be able to visit us in our homes. Be ready to see us with your crystalline adjusted physical eyes" (T19, Lemurians, 2021-04-17). The Law of One reseeding of consciousness in the present age is, in their telling, a continuation of work they have held energetically since the fall.
Density & Polarity
The Lemurian collective speaks from fifth density. Their surviving inner-Earth population now operates in light-bodies rather than dense flesh, which is the corpus's signature of fifth-density-or-higher embodiment: "only a certain portion of higher density beings who were able to live in a physical body which can be compared to a light body are able to live on the earth planet inside" (T101, Lemurians, 2021-11-20). Their teaching center on the harmonic of the heart positions them as a quintessentially fifth-density race in Ra-material terms — fifth density being the density of wisdom-of-the-heart in that framework.
Their polarity is unambiguously Service-to-Others. They embody the most explicitly feminine voice in the corpus — their transmissions emphasize peace, presence, breath, and harmonious creation: "This is the Lemurian way of manifesting harmony and peace. It is an ancient way. We are reminding you about this wisdom at this time" (T42, Unknown, 2021-06-17). Even their inner-Earth complex is presented not as a fortress but as a temple — a place where high-vibration consciousness is preserved until surface humanity can rejoin it.
Teachings & Distinctive Themes
Three Lemurian themes recur: (1) the crystalline harmonious reality as one of several parallel timelines available to choose from — "This harmony is the key to enter into this realm. It is here. This will be your final moments of chaos if you choose to feel to live by those cherished and long forgotten harmonious disciplines that once were fully yours" (T19, Lemurians, 2021-04-17); (2) the manifestation-through-heart-presence teaching — "the power of creation is in your hands or more accurately in your heart" (T19, Lemurians, 2021-04-17); and (3) the inner-light embodiment — "you have to let go of the old and you have to allow the crystalline body of your own inner self to transform you into the new age of awakening" (T101, Lemurians, 2021-11-20).
A distinctive Lemurian teaching is their treatment of physical-body reverence. "You have to remember your physical body is a gift from the creator and has allowed you this opportunity to experience the love" (T101, Lemurians, 2021-11-20) — a body-affirming teaching that distinguishes them from the more abstract Arcturian voice. They also frame their inner-Earth retreat as a temporary preservation: their work is to hold the higher-vibration field in trust until the surface population's frequency rises to meet it.
Relationship to Other Galactic Civilizations
The Lemurians' closest relationship is with the Atlanteans: the two were Earth's parallel pre-cataclysm civilizations, and the corpus frames their fates as complementary lessons. The Lemurians chose the inward, soul-based path; the Atlanteans chose technology and fell. The Lemurians did not perish — they simply went deeper into the planet, while the Atlanteans dispersed to the Andromeda galaxy.
The Lemurians are protected by and aligned with the broader Law of One family: the Pleiadians, Arcturians, Sirians, and the Galactic Federation. The Ra Confederation's seeding interventions to restore balance against the Anunnaki domination preserved the Lemurian DNA in the human gene pool. There is no record of Lemurian engagement with the Reptilians or Orions — the Lemurian strategy of interior retreat appears to have kept them outside the active Service-to-Self conflict zone. In contemporary transmissions they often share airtime with surface-Earth teachers like Archangel Michael, who treats them as senior sibling-keepers of Earth's spiritual lineage.
