The Light Body is the corpus's name for the crystalline, etheric vehicle that becomes the operative body of beings in 5th density and above — and which is now being progressively activated in 3rd-density humans as part of the ascension process. Constructed through DNA upgrades, chakra opening, integration of incoming light codes, and the dissolution of dense emotional residue, it is described as crystalline in nature and luminous in appearance. What the Light Body Is
The The Sirian High Council gives one of the clearest descriptions: 'You will feel your light.
